About The Game
Let’s do sit-ups! Let a chubby boy do his exercise and sink into a dog’s body. Maybe animals will come to cheer him up. My Exercise is a festival of private comforts. Subtle secret elements are hidden delicately. My Exercise is the first game by award-winning animation filmmaker Atsushi Wada. This short game was developed in collaboration with independent Japanese developer Ryoya Usuha and the Playables team.
How to Download & Install My Exercise

- Wait 5 seconds and click on the blue ‘download now’ button. Now let the download begin and wait for it to finish.
- Once My Exercise is done downloading, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to My Exercise” (To do this you must have 7-Zip, which you can get here).
- Double click inside the My Exercise folder and run the exe application.
- Have fun and play! Make sure to run the game as administrator and if you get any missing dll errors, look for a Redist or _CommonRedist folder and install all the programs in the folder.
